• Cleaning the outdoor unit and removing debris from around the unit, on the coil, in the drain pan, and confirming the drain hole is free from blockage.
• Checking the outdoor unit including:
– Visible indication of refrigerant leaks
– Condition of insulation wraps
– Mounting base for integrity and levelness
– Operating pressures and voltages
